Holly focuses in the practice areas of commercial lending and real estate finance. Her practice consists of representing lenders, financial investors, developers and owners in various real estate transactions and financial matters including the acquisition, development, financing and sale of commercial, industrial, and tax-incentivized real estate; drafting and negotiating office building, industrial park, and shopping center leases on behalf of landlords and tenants; and structuring, negotiating and documenting tax-advantaged real estate transactions utilizing a combination of tax incentives and other financing sources.

Holly has extensive experience working on complex real estate transactions financed through the use of low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, federal and state energy tax credits and government-insured loans. She assists clients with all aspects of such transactions, including negotiating and preparing legal documents, conducting extensive due diligence review, analyzing possible legal and financial issues and recommending strategies to clients to minimize risk.

Prior to joining Morris Russell Eagle & Worley, Holly practiced as a real estate finance attorney at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice and graduated from Emory Law School with highest distinctions in 2008.
