Ken focuses his practice on commercial real estate, including property acquisition, financing/loan transactions, project documentation, leasing, and sales. A particular focus of Mr. Eagle’s practice is acquisition and development of residential communities including the organization and drafting of planned community documents. A sampling of matters he has handled for clients includes:

  • Conservation easements and mitigation of environmental impacts
  • Drafting of residential and commercial restrictive covenants including master and sub associations
  • Foreclosures and loan workouts
  • Negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements
